I certainly was heedless towards it being the first person but I couldn’t handle the ambiguity of the characters, it is exasperating to jump in between events that started to happen all of sudden.
So much vagueness and totally annoying confused – female protagonist Jules Ember born with a doomed prophecy who is ultimately going to save the world. But it shattered my every sky-rocketing expectation being mediocre. Time as – the Currency, human-blood turned into iron-blood coins, royal time bank - I expected world-building, plot-line would be as unique as the concept.
Reading the blurb – it did imprison me to start it instantly. Ughhhhhhh! Almost a love-triangle! Pretty Mediocre Gift With Awesome Wrapper!
